Humphrey Construction is an established general contractor and has been active and successful in operating throughout British Columbia, Alberta & the Yukon for more than 45 years and in the USA since 1995. The head office was originally established in North Vancouver in the 1950's and relocated to our present facility in 1978. The company is staffed by a solid management group, all of whom have been in the construction industry for more than 25 years. The office staff includes administration, accounting, engineering, project management, estimating and drafting personnel. Our field crews are made up of a nucleus of competent and experienced superintendents whom also have been with the company for many years. Our corporate in - house group includes: Humphrey Metal Buildings Inc. (Authorized dealer for VP Buildings) Humphrey Construction Ltd. (general contractors) HCL Construction Services (U.S. division) The Humphrey group of companies has a proven record of satisfying the most demanding needs of our clients and we are recognized for our ability to deliver a project on time and within budget. The majority of our work is done on a select tender, referral and/or negotiated basis. We are also proud of our history of completed projects and the confidence expressed by our clients with their repeat business. The company banks with the Royal Bank of Canada, has insurance / bonding with Jardine Rolfe Ltd. and we are capable of bonding in excess of 15 million dollars.
